Wow never received such lovely service! Our car broke down after having breakfast and the staff kept checking in on us and brought us cups of tea. Honestly such lovely people! The service is amazing!!! Thank you

Lovely spot to sit outside when the sun is shining, beautiful views from the terrace. Came in a large group and we all loved the food, service from our waiter Ben was outstanding. Nice way to end a weekend in Torquay!

We had a delicious breakfast sandwich at this very popular cafe yesterday. The service was excellent. Reggie was given a dog sausage of his own and he loved it !! This is him after finishing it. We were so impressed that we came back after a long walk for some delicious cake and flapjack. Again, the service, staff and food were all great.

The place is lovely with an amazing sea view and you can see the cliff railway going down the cliff and the service is amazing but it's just very busy that's the problem but it must mean they are very good place recommended

Had a lovely cuppa and scone with jam at the cafe this morning, my partner had a mocha coffee. It was a spur of the moment visit but thoroughly enjoyed it. We sat by the window and had the sun in us, the views are amazing of the sea. Lovely staff and very clean.

We went to the Cliff Railway Cafe today for lunch and it was amazing! The selection of cakes on the counter were mouth watering and the staff were very attentive on arrival. We had a lovely table overlooking the sea and whilst it was busy we didn't have to wait too long for our order to be taken and for it to be served. The cheese scones we had were very good, light, fluffy, and very cheesy with bits of onion in for extra flavour. The cake we had, blueberry and lemon, was the one of the best cakes we have had, the lemon made it not too dry whilst the blueberries added nice flavour, and as it was full of fruit, it was good for us too! Lol The coffee we had was nice, full of flavour and hot, which is a preference of ours, as many places serve only at a warm temperature which means it gets cold too quickly. We will definitely be going back here as we want to sample the other food on offer!
